About the Journal
NUTRIASIK: Jurnal Terapan Gizi dan Pangan Fungsional Kesehatan (ISSN: XXXX-XXXX) is a multidisciplinary scientific journal focusing on food, nutrition, and health. It serves as a platform for researchers, academics, and practitioners to discuss current developments and challenges in improving food quality and public health through evidence-based approaches. Published twice a year, in February and Agustus, the journal is managed by the Department of Nutrition, Poltekkes Kemenkes Tasikmalaya, in collaboration with the Association of Indonesian Vocational Higher Education Institutions in Nutrition (AIPVOGI). Its scope covers community nutrition, clinical nutrition, food service, food technology, and the development of functional foods for health, welcoming studies on nutrition interventions, clinical nutrition management, technological innovations, and other scientific contributions that support optimal health across populations.
