About the Journal

NUTRIASIK: Jurnal Terapan Gizi dan Pangan Fungsional Kesehatan (ISSN: XXXX-XXXX) is a scientific journal focusing on multidisciplinary research in food, nutrition, and health. It aims to serve as a platform connecting researchers, academics, and practitioners from various fields to discuss the latest developments and challenges in food and nutrition and their relation to public health. Using an evidence-based approach, NUTRIASIK is committed to providing high-quality scientific contributions applicable across various contexts, from laboratory research to population-level policy implementation. The journal is published twice a year, in February and Agustus, and is managed by the Department of Nutrition, Poltekkes Kemenkes Tasikmalaya, in collaboration with the Association of Indonesian Vocational Higher Education Institutions in Nutrition (AIPVOGI). Its scope includes community nutrition, clinical nutrition, food service, food technology, and the development of functional foods for health, with a focus on how nutrition supports optimal health across diverse populations. The journal welcomes research on nutrition interventions, clinical nutrition management, food technology innovations, and functional food development aimed at improving food quality, safety, and public health. Through this scope, NUTRIASIK is committed to being a valuable source of knowledge for global researchers and practitioners, providing scientific solutions to health challenges worldwide.
