Abstract

Electronic medical record information processing is the main important point in producing valid and quality data and information. Medical record analysis includes quantitative and qualitative, which are carried out for various interests including documentation, performance improvement, payment claims, hospital accreditation standards and other interests for both primary, secondary and tertiary users of medical record data. Electronic medical record analysis is guided by the Regulation of the Minister of Health Number 24 of 2022. The use of information technology in the process of analyzing electronic medical records can make it easier for PMIK to carry out their functions and duties in accordance with the authority in their work. One of the competencies of a PMIK in carrying out their duties and functions includes designing quantitative and qualitative analysis of medical records both manually and electronically. A simple and attractive user interface design needs to be designed to produce applications that can be easily used by users. The design is designed based on descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Collecting information from users is the basic data needed in the design carried out. The Medical Records Installation of Level III Hospital 04.06.03 Dr. Soetarto Yogyakarta until the time the research was conducted had not carried out electronic medical record analysis, especially for inpatient care. This is because the Hospital Management Information System is still in the development process by the IT team. The results of the user interface design acceptance test using the SUS method and showed an average acceptance score of 89.1, this makes the user interface design design in accordance with user needs. The SUS score provides an overview of the acceptable category, grade scale B and best imaginable. It is hoped that the user interface design that is designed can provide an overview as a basis for developing SIMRS.
