Non-communicable disease (NCD) is one of the death causes in the world (Kemenkes RI,
2021). Posbindu is an activity aims to detect non-communicable diseases early The problems
found in Posbindu Karangnunggal Primary Health Care are registration activities that
repeated every time the participant visits and the examination history is split so Posbindu
Information System is needed which has the use of storing identity data and examination
history. Research Methods of this research is research and development is the type of this
research with System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) as development methodology. The
subjects are officers related to Posbindu. Design of Posbindu Information Systems produces
Data Dictionary that contains entities and attributes based on Indonesian Health Data
Dictionary, entity relationship diagrams that describe relationships between entities, and
interface design as display design for Posbindu information systems. Design of the Posbindu
information system can be used as a reference to develop Posbindu information system.
