Abstract

GDR and NDR are data related to statistics that must be owned in a hospital when assessing care >= 48 hours contained in the SHRI recapitulation data. The standards set by the Ministry of Health (2011) are GDR <45‰ and NDR <25‰. GDR NDR in February-March 2022 at RS X GDR was 63.36%-69.07% and NDR 30.30‰-34.22‰. Aims to find out the management of SHRI recapitulation in the calculation of GDR and NDR indicators at RS X. This study used a type of research, namely quantitative with a descriptive design, the population used the 2022 SHRI recapitulation data. The variables studied included the management of SHRI recapitulation on the GDR and NDR indicators. Based on the results of the study, the SHRI data procedure flow was not appropriate. GDR and NDR data procedure flow is appropriate. Does not have SPO for SHRI and GDR NDR. The highest GDR value was in the first quarter of 67.19‰ because there were still many patients who died more than 48 hours as many as 178 cases. The highest NDR value was in the first quarter of 37.15‰ due to Respiratory Distress Syndrome, Stroke and Congestive Heart Failure. And there were TU staff errors in filling in and out of patient data.
