ANALYSIS OF THE NEEDS FOR HUMAN RESOURCES FILING SECTION BASED ON ABK KES METHOD (HEALTH WORKLOAD ANALYSIS) TO SUPPORT WORK EFFECTIVENESS AT TK II DUSTIRA HOSPITAL

The file accumulation issue in the Filling department arises from the next-day return of files from the outpatient clinic, resulting in difficulties and making the retrieval medical records process time-consuming. Filing personnel are assisted by expedition/distribution staff, but they leave before the end of working hours. This study aims to determine the human resource requirements in the Filing department to enhance the work effectiveness of TK II Dustira Cimahi Hospital. Using a descriptive method with a quantitative analysis approach, data was collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The research findings indicate a human resource requirement of approximately 7 personnel, while there are currently 9 filing personnel, indicating an excess. However, the effectiveness of the filing personnel is lacking in terms of quality, quantity, and discipline. Recommendations include reviewing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), conducting evaluations, holding regular meetings, and fostering two-way discussions to address issues and enhance motivation, loyalty, and job satisfaction.
Hasil penelitian kebutuhan SDM bagian filing dengan metode ABK Kes adalah 7,07 orang atau dibulatkan 7 orang kenyataan dilapangan petugas filing ada 9 orang itu bearti kelebihan SDM. Sedangkan efektivitas kerja petugas filing belum efektif dilihat dari segi kualitas, kuantitas dan kedisiplinan. Penulis menyarankan dilakukan tinjauan ulang SPO, diadakannya evaluasi, rapat rutin, diskusi dua arah untuk menyelesaikan masalah yang terjadi dan memberikan motivasi untuk memupuk loyalitas dan kepuasan kerja.
