Abstract

Sentinel rat surveillance is one of the epidemiology surveillance carried out by Organization X. The data entry stage is a crucial stage in surveillance activities, but there are still problems, namely the imperfection of data entry in surveillance activities, namely that manual data entry is still used which will reduce the quality of information to be disseminated. This problem is solved by entering data using a kobotoolbox. The use of kobotoolbox will be evaluated using task-technology fit model. The purpose of this study was to determine the closeness of correlation that occurs in the task-technology fit model in sentinel rat surveillance at Organization X in the 2022 period at sentinel location Y. The research was undertaken with summative evaluation of output from 9 surveillance officers utilizing a kobotoolbox. The results of the spearman rho test correlation analysis showed a weak correlation (r_count = 0,306) between task characteristics and task-technology fit, a strong correlation between technology characteristics and task-technology fit, task-technology fit with performance impacts (r_count = 0,788) and utilization (r_count = 0,786) partially. A very strong correlation between performance impact and utilization (r_count = 0,919). Future research is expected to analyze using path analysis and apply kobotoolbox in similar surveillance.
