Anemia is still a health problem that still exists throughout the world and is widespread in both developing and developed countries, It is associated with increased morbidity and mortality, especially in pregnant women. The success of the Fe tablet administration program created by the government to tackle anemia is greatly influenced by the compliance of pregnant women with taking Fe tablets, apart from being influenced by compliance and also by pregnant women's knowledge about anemia. The research aimed to determine the relationship between pregnant women's knowledge about anemia and compliance with taking Fe tablets in the Cidahu Community Health Center UPTD working area. This research is correlational analytical research using a cross-sectional research design. The population in this study was 84 pregnant women. The sample was taken using a purposive sampling method where the number of samples was taken carefully. Data was obtained by distributing questionnaires and filled in directly by pregnant women. Data analysis was carried out including univariate analysis and bivariate analysis using the Spearman rank test. The results of the study showed that pregnant women's knowledge about anemia was in the good category (71.4%) and the compliance of pregnant women was in the obedient category (98.9%). Meanwhile, pregnant women's knowledge about anemia was in the sufficient category (19%), knowledge of pregnant women about anemia was in the poor category (9.5%) and compliance with taking Fe tablets was in the non-compliant category (1.2%). This study's conclusion shows a significant relationship between pregnant women's knowledge about anemia and compliance with taking Fe tablets (p=0.047).
